Fully Consecrated’s Birth Announcement !!!

The “baby” God has been growing within me is finally here! I have jokingly (but seriously) been using the baby analogy with this because I feel like I haven’t even officially announced Fully Consecrated to you. It has been talked about by mouth and mentioned here and there, but this is the “birth announcement” you have been waiting for!

As a little girl, I remember getting my first journals. The night before my last day of first grade, I was determined to jot down as many thoughts as I could about my year. The Lord had placed a seed and mission within me to write even then. As I tried to start writing multiple books in middle school, I felt the Lord challenge me to wait. He let me know that I had a lot of growing and learning to do before having experiences piled up to share in a book. 

Undeniably His was “born” whenever I was thirteen. Journaling was a way I connected with the Lord and planted seeds for eternity. As God changed the season of my family’s life and we transferred schools this year, Jesus connected me with a local author. Let me also point out that I was required to work on a senior pinnacle project all year long. Having that class gave me extra hours during the week to combine all of my blog posts into a book. Jesus placed the right people in my path at just the right times.

I honestly was clueless in where to start publishing a book. I had the dream and the Lord had planted the seeds, but how was it going to grow into a reality? As Mrs. Bethany Bradsher took the time to meet with me, I realized that self-publishing my book could be clearer than I was making it out to be. Having people to guide me through the process was a vital step in this journey I have been on.

If you know me, you know that I am extremely passionate about documenting God’s faithfulness in my life. My hands feel like they are going to fall off sometimes as I try to declare God’s goodness in written words. Fully Consecrated is a printed collection of the stories God has written through the journey of Undeniably His. There has been so many posts where I have been in tears writing them. I would want to get blog posts out into the world, but felt the Lord tug on my spirit to wait. After going through seasons (even months) of learning lessons, I saw God faithfully declare the truths He had been trying to teach me all along.

I never want to waste the experiences or moments God gives to me. As I have struggled with fear and anxiety, God has used me to speak peace and freedom into other’s lives. As I have sought to exhibit patience in waiting for my future husband, God has helped me encourage other girls to embrace purity. No matter how good or how bad a season of life is, there is a reason and purpose for us walking through it. 

While I am bursting over with excitement and finally getting Fully Consecrated inside of your hands, I recognize that this is not about me. God has been reminding me that without Him, I can do nothing (John 15:5). With Him, though, I lack no good thing (Psalm 34:10).
